Disconnector cubicles & Specials

A lot customers are looking for a very specific disconnector, or a cubicle with disconnector(s), for their special MV/HV-application. EME has built over the years several different kinds of disconnectors and cubicles for MV/HV test equipments, power electronics and safety applications.

Other customers are regularly confronted with worn-out or broken down isolators of which they cannot find spare parts. EME is able to build, with modern software technology, a switch which can be exchanged one-on-one with the old one. This prevents the customers from the total expensive renewal of their complete installation.

	Isolator cubicles The MV disconnector cabinets type IC are designed as envelope for EME disconnectors. They'll be built completely according customer wishes and can be equipped with separate LV control box, synoptic/signalisation panel on the door, etc. Read more here... 	Disconnectors for MV/HV test equipment Test equipments often need indoor disconnectors with a high number of operation cycles (>20.000 C-O cycles). Some of them need a higher, AC or DC, voltage level than the regular MV-disconnectors (>52kV) or need a combination of both. 	Disconnectors for power electronics In power electronics customers can be confronted with discharge currents of capacitors. EME designed therefore several indoor disconnectors with a small making capacity, resistor by-pass and sometimes combined with a high number of operation cycles (>20.000 C-O cycles).
